  Tech HSC receives $2.7 million grant for cancer research

  The Cancer Prevention Research Institute of Texas issued a $2.7 million grant to Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. The money will be dedicated to the Cancer Cell Repository, based out of Tech's Cancer Center.
